So, I am going to try to loose some weight and get fit & healthy before graduation and koh samui! My pre-diet aim is to loose 5-7kg. But, of course I will not fixate on the numbers, rather, I will juge my well being on how I am feeling physically and mentally :)
So, for the next two weeks I will:
- Eat no carbs (Like, literally, nothing.)
- Eat no sugars (including fruits)
- Eat a ton of vegetables (Only salads for me!)
I may have to modify the first two weeks of the diet cause I have softball tournaments, but hopefully by exercising a lot (jogging) and playing softball 3-4 times a week I will get to my goal :)
